Salvation
John chapter 3 records a conversation Jesus has with a man named Nicodemus. Nicodemus asked Jesus, "How can a man be born again?" Jesus answered him, "that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." It is through this kind of faith in Jesus we are saved or born again. You may hear us refer to it as the A,B,C's: Admit that you are a sinner and need a savior who is Jesus. Believe that Jesus is the Way of salvation and was the sacrifice for your sin. And Confess with Him as the Lord of your life.
Water Baptism
Jesus tells us as recorded in Matthew 28:19-20, "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you". The progression or the next step following a salvation experience, becoming a disciple, is water baptism. It is an outward, public expression of an inward change and a confession that Jesus is your savior and Lord. Ready to take the Next Step?
Join a Small Group
We love small groups! It is where we find freedom and get to know each other in a smaller setting. We are excited to begin this semester of small groups. Each group leader has chosen a specific topic of study ranging from apologetics (defending the faith) to how to raise children full of faith. Our leaders are amazing and love to meet new people, pray for you, and get to know you as they walk along side you on your faith journey. Join a Team
The church couldn't function without individuals wanting to make a difference in their church and communities. We believe God has given you gifts and talents that will benefit those around you. Our teams serve the church every Sunday teaching kids, opening doors and welcoming you with a smile. We also have teams that serve our community through outreach. Ready to get involved?
